Best Western Plus Hotel Dresden City, Dresden

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is convenient with easy access to public transport and a spacious room, which I appreciated. However, there were some issues with check-in and the Wi-Fi was quite disappointing. Overall, it has decent amenities but could use improvements in certain areas.

The hotel is located in a residential area, just a few tram stops from the main station and a bit of a trek to the city center. While the amenities were decent for a short stay, the customer service left much to be desired, as the staff seemed grumpy and not very helpful. The room was acceptable, but the lack of regular linen changes during my 8-night stay was disappointing. Overall, it felt more average than what I had hoped for considering the price.
